Of course, but you would want to be very sure to be parasite free before you get pregnant, as I have read that it can be past via womb.

Don't worry, get yourself clean, which may take a while, and you will be healthier than most mothers. I don't think that every human has parasites like some, but I do believe that many do, which would mean many healthy babies are born to infected mothers.
