well, you can put KI in anything. orange juice is perfect and you dont taste a thing. personally, i use 00 vegcaps. i never taste KI or elemental or the cayenne tincture i take every morning or a couple of drops of oregano oil if i see fit. they arent cheap but they are worth it to me.
