its a nice surprise, isnt it?

without magnets on the bottle you can play with Lugols to up to 300mg with nothing but benefit that i could discern. with magnets o the bottle i was able to take it up to 600mg without that "stressed out" feeling from too much elemental iodine. i could not perceive that much more benefit at those levels, so up to 300 is probably plenty.

the nest level of real benefit came after a couple of weeks of a gram a day of SSKI . ooo-la-la. Tweet
