Day 4 Update

Hi, So its day 4

My blood pressures over the last 4 consecutive mornings have been 89/58, 87/56, 85/42, 81/49 and my heart rate 84,90,101,102. Are these okay?

My sleep is poor as it was historically over many years. Doesn't help things I guess.

Also again I am experiencing constipation with discomfort in the large colon. Im holding of doing another enema as advised.

Another concern I have is the white spots on my fingernails. I believed this was due to the zinc deficiency I had and I was taking a zinc angstrom liquid supplement for the last six months. Is there an idea if this will rectify during the fast. Is the cause zinc deficiency or can it be something else.
