Read my mail. My derm couldn't really interpret the report that she got from the lab (explaning the results of my biopsy). She is trying to get a better report until next week. She "pushed" the lab to have results by today so she could show them to me at my appointment, so maybe that's why they rushed it. I don't know. But I don't think the biopsy will show much.
What she did find out that this time I seemed to have a Candida overgrowth in my mouth, at least a little bit. It wasn't like that the last time she did the Candida culture, so it might have either developed because I only drink through a straw (thus not flushing my mouth with water a lot anymore), don't drink any dairy ("the good bacteria as the counterpart of candida"..), ... I will take another round of the Nystatin antifungal suspension for a while and see where that brings me. The biopsy itself didn't show Candida in the lips, so I don't know how much it is connected.
