the magnet thing is from a reading or two from the sleeping prophet, Edgar Cayce . you can learn about him on your own. he mentions several things.

first, he said the body needs - water, salt, soda and iodine. a fifth is thought to be iron. he said the body can make everything else itself.

cayce gave two readings on how to detoxify iodine. both ways involved magnetism.

i suggest you experiment on yourself.

first, take 100mg of Lugols for a week or two - until you have a good feel for what its doing and get past any initial benefit(detox turns to mega benefit). pay attention to the taste in water and how it effects you initially upon taking it. then put some magnets on the bottle. do the same thing for a week. enjoy.
