Why am I not having any bromide reactions now? Plateau effect?

Long story short. I took 50 mg of Lugols a few months ago and had some crazy bromide reactions as well as some effects from the Iodine that showed progress towards my condition. It was an experience that scared me and I stopped taking Iodine for a good month and my bladder condition returned back to the state it was once at.

I took mms for a day as well, just to try it out. I took 3 drops per hour and woke up with a horrible urinary tract infection and decided that it wasn't working as much as the iodine. I did have a bromide reaction from the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement though after I had fallen asleep a few hours. I had those same dark brooding thoughts again. I drank some soup and it helped and eventually dissipated. I still have not experienced dark urine yet.



Anyway, I mustard up the courage to follow the suggestions in the thread, except for the 100 mg part of iodine. I took 50 milligrams instead. I thought that I would have the same reaction as before. I was wrong.

Nothing happened. Is there some sort of plateau effect that works with Iodine and bromide detox? Can anyone explain this Science to me?
