As for the hypothyroid issue, it's a combination of factors:

1. my TSH is "normal" by the accepted range, but my doc & I believe that it's high enough to possibly indicate a problem

2. My body temp is a bit low at times, but not as low as many people report

3. Energy levels are down from my previous levels

4. chronic constipation

There are more, but this is enough to cause a red flag.

However, when I take thyroid meds, my blood pressure goes up, I get anxious & feel too revved up for it to be healthy.

Sometimes you just have to try the meds to see what happens.

I chose triphala as my cleanse because it also helps move the bowels which helps to rid my body of any toxins.
