My 2 cents -
A body is like an engine - give it the right fuel, keep it maintained and it will run well.
My general approach to health issue :
(1) Get off sugar, alcohol and cigarettes & Fluoride toothpaste ( fluoride is a immune system suppressant ).
(2) Do
Liver Flush at least once every 6 months - clear sout gunk from your liver. Our low grade quality fruit & veg we buy these days doesnt really help us much IMHO - go organic if you can.
(3) Vitamin C - take at least 1 gram ( not milligrams ) per day - this helps mop up the rubbish in your system and fight bugs. If you have the flu etc take 3-4 grams per day.
(4) Raw ( *****un-cooked***** ) garlic & ginger - these two alone are a important bug fighting combination. I take 1 thumb size CRUSHED UNCOOKED bit of garlic and one thumb size ammount of crushed UNCOOKED ginger each day with A TABLESPOON OF HONEY ( without the honey its impossible to eat due to strong taste ). Raw garlic seems to kill bacteria and raw ginger helps slow virus activity. Ginger also helps purify the blood. I had bad Whooping Cough last year and two lots of antiobiotics could not kill it, but garlic & ginger basically killed enough of it for the immune system to get on top of it. Nuff said.
Hope this helps - its tired and tested for me, as always be cautious about applying it to yourself and be careful if taking drugs that garlic & ginger might interract with. Start small and work up if you choose to follow it. TO me it just makes perfect common sense once you undersdtand what your body needs. In effect what youre doing is removing toxins ( toothpaste, alcohol etc ) , cleaning out toxins (
Gallstones ) , then providing good food ( organic ) and healing help ( Vit C , garlic & ginger ) and this should help.
Vita min C is safe ( from my experience over 20 years ) .
