One thing I know, I am with uncanned...with out salt in my diet I would be dead. I was very ill due to low sodium, almost died in 2009 due to it. Low sodium causes so many issues in the body. Pains in the bones, exhaustion, sleepless nights, restless legs, heart issues(for me high heart rate of 140, Dr's had no clue). Dizziness, weakness(to the point of not being able to walk for 4 days), vomiting, diahrea, numbness in limbs, foggy mind, eye vision issues, seizures..I know I have been there, 4 x's in the hospital in 7 months. Almost died the 1st time. People with AF tend to be low in sodium, mabe not as severe as I, but our bodies need it.

Do you know how to check your heart rate...or do you have a BP machine. I figured out over the few years...when BP is low m cortisol is low, when my sodium is low my heart rate is high. For me my BP is normal at 112/76, heart rate 76-80 per minute.
