Re: Water fasting & Adrenal insufficiency

Hi Chris B. Thanks for the reply.

Very correct list there. Yes still very much cortisone dependant. I have a feeling if I could just throw it out I'd start healing right there alone. Im so toxic & sensitive that even the cortisol I need to live causes reactions, all day every day. Have tried to lower it, always fail, completely dependant.

Ah yes, there is the toxic hunger thing, definitely get that. I used to feel dreadful, weak shaky etc but test Sugar and it was normal. However, I DO drop extremely low all of a sudden and it is true hypoglycemia. Severe shaking, sweating, very rapid palpitations etc. I've tested and my blood Sugar is dangerously low during that time. I now know the difference between the two most of the time. True hypo is much worse. Enough cortisol keeps a hypo away. Normally adrenals themselves keep someone balanced, great things they are when they work!

Thanks will read that article now.

I am 57kg (132lb) and 5'9. Decent amount of that weight is just fat though, I haven't got alot of muscle left. I'll email you with a pic.

Thanks, Chris.
