You may need to have a CT scan done to make sure that a parasite didn't die in your brain. I am not trying to scare you but look up symptoms of encephalitis. You do have some of the symptoms with the mood changes and the ear ringing. If you have insurance you can go to the doctor and request this to be done. If you don't want to tell them the truth about the parasites just tell them that your ears are ringing and that you have had a headache for a month. This should be enough to get them to do a CT scan. If anything is wrong they will see it.
