Extreme feelings of depression, anxiety, and stress 2 weeks after Humaworm. Seriously regretting ever taking this stuff.

I dont know whats going on with me, but I'm really scared. Its been about 2 weeks since I finished 30 days on Humaworm and I'm feeling very unusual. During the 30 days I felt pretty normal with no major changes except for alot of strange things coming out of my the last week of taking it. I'm having an extremely hard time sleeping(waking up around 5-6am feeling extreme anxiety and confusion), and my mental state just isnt right. Its almost very hard to explain, but I feel like something is really wrong. I'm deathly afraid that the Wormwood permanently damaged me..is this possible? I'm afraid the doses may have been too much, given the fact that I'm not a normal sized adult(26 year old male, 5'11", 120 lbs.) I used to weigh a little more, but I feel I definitely lost 5 or so lbs since using Humaworm. My ears are currently ringing really bad. I did just come from seeing a movie that was very loud at times, but thats never happened to me before. I'm honestly starting to think taking Humaworm was one of the worst decisions I've ever made.
