Don't buy more pharmaceutical probiotics. This is the biggest scam regarding to CRC.
They don't colonize the gut permanently. They aren't the main bacterial species living in a human colon. They aren't antifungals. Candida can live perfect together with bacterias. They share space in the intestines. It doesn't mean that one kills the other.

See the Kefir case, Kefir has some bacterial species living together with yeast species in the same culture.
Your intestines, healthy people intestines, they have candida present in spite of having a normal intestinal flora. If bacterias were antifungals, fungus can not colonize your gut ever. Common sense that came late to my life.

I have spent a lot of money buying 3 CDSA , 2 from Genova Lab, and 1 from Metametrix. Those tests showed plenty of Lactos and Bifidos suggesting a balanced friendly flora. In spite of it, I had a severe fungal intestinal overgrowth.
I was not even happy with that and filled 00 capsules with my daughter feces and swallowed them. No happy with that, I did several Fecal Enema s using my daughter feces again. Candida was untouched. This isn't about flora, neither fecal transplants. This about eliminating an infection in a difficult place to reach, the colon.
