Question on type of worm that can live in nasal & gums

When I get a tickling sensation in my nose. i get a qtip and I start pulling the parasite out. Well Today, I started on one. It went on forever. I pulled & pulled. It was winded up all in the nose & then into my teeth on top. In & out of each tooth on the left side. back & forth thru each tooth (about 4 of them) on both sides, and back thru them again. I did this fo an hour. seriously...I thought for sure my teeth were going to fall out.

First what type is this worm? Since its so long wouldnt have to be in me for along time like years. I estimated 57 ft. I know this doesnt sound real to some of you but theres got to be someone else with this same type.
