This is very interesting b/c I have gotten the exact same thoughts through Candida and Candida die off. You are only getting it with die off? I have OCD as well, but the OCD becomes soo much worse when the candida toxins are running through my body. I have this same desire to kill loved ones, and sexua| stupid intrusive thoughts...very irrational. And it brings me anxiety, and I always try to reassure myself that I am not really this type of person.

It has to do with neurotransmitters, especially serotonin. Do you feel like you have thoughts constantly running through your head, like your mind can't get a break? Like if you listen to a song, will it be stuck in your head incessantly?
