Updates like yours, K, are important. I healed both the thyroid and the adrenals simultanously, but that may be due to me doing the watercure one year prior to iodine. It helped adrenal issues like insomnia, stress, palpitations.

I started the ascorbic acid when the detox was at its worst. I didnt tolerate much back then, while now it is no problem with up to 10 grams a day if I want to. (my maintenance is 4 grams a day)
