Re: Wheat Grass and Barley Grass

well its not delish but when I take it I kind of crave it or something.

Well at least it is a cereal grass..during world war II when they were starving, my mm and her family had to eat regular grass and no juicer either.

I was shocked once at a video I saw of Dave the raw food trucker with a giant pitcher of wheat grass. I am not sure if it was all for him or he was sharing but I thought..that must have cost a heap of money.

Of course, he juiced some nasty tons of leafy greens stuff with no fruit and barely any sweet veggies either so maybe he can take it more than the average person.

He did though lose 22 pounds with that, juice fasts, and also cured his diabetes, kidney disease and colon cancer so I guess he feels it was a good trade. I sometimes cant get it to grow right so dont get to have it much and the wheat grass juicer I have languishes away like a lot of other things I thought I needed to have...now I only have it if I buy a small expensive tray at health food store or meijers
