Re: Wheat Grass and Barley Grass

Anne Wigmore who popularized wheat grass and ate things like rejuvelac, sprouts, grasses, and raw foods did have her hair turn from grey to black. It remained black into her 80s but her students did not believe it was not dyed and so they acquitred some and snuck it off to a lab. It came back that it was not dyed in any way.

Green smoothie author, Victoria Boutenko, relays that her husband who with the family became a 100% raw foodist had his beard turn from grey to black.

I think events like this though are pretty rare.

Not sure what jab means.

Perhaps take an ounce of the wheat or barley grass and mix with one ounce of fresh juice and see what you think..then if you like it you only have to drink one extra ounce to know if it helps. I thought it did quite a bit..maybe a strong juice like grape might work.
