no, i had read the book several times, have the original issue and there is allot of good info in the book, but cleansing to fast can kill, you choke in your own mucus, basically all people who die taking the drugs will all eventually choke to death. the master cleanse does not compare to the safety of the old medical cure-all of drinking orange juice in my opinion.
