Yellow toungue bloodshot eyes

Im on day 5 of an ultimate colon and parasite cleanse and have a yellow toungue with bite marks on sides and slightly blood shot eyes what does this mean? I am going to do a liver cleanse after is that the right thing to do and if so which ones have you used? I think i got some candida and maybe a worm ir two out after my warm water enema today :p
