You have to STOP making excuses and START taking responsibility for your thoughts and actions if you want to get better. Whether or not I agree with you- reality will remain the same until YOU decide to change it.

EXCERCISE AND STOP BEING A VICTIM!!! You have LOST THE ABILITY TO WALK and an alarm bell should be going off!!!! Use your legs and eat more and you can get a job.
