I had been using Superfood Plus for about 5 years. I stopped using it when I got pregnant but started up when my son was about 2. I was doing fine until about a year ago, when one side of my face would start to feel hot, swell up and itch about 10 minutes after ingesting Superfood Plus. The itching would cause me to scratch, aggravating the situation. It disappeared in about an hour. I noticed both cheeks got red, but only the right side of my face would itch and swell. When I asked the people at herbdoc.com abut it, they said that Dr. Schulze wasn't a medical doctor, so they could not give me any advice or information.

It helped to prevent constipation, but I had semi-soft stools that look to have undigested SuperFood in them.

I developed VP so I had to get off this stuff because it is high in oxalates and I have to go on a low oxalate diet. Tweet
