Re: Allergic Reaction to SuperFood????

Yeah, I can relate, I know what it's like to be wiggin out on something while others are laughing. Many a time I've been on both sides of that.

I cannot say what it was you were experiencing. Who knows? It may even have been an actual allergic reaction, but I have some doubts. What you describe is not unlike how other people wig out after taking some sort of natural or herbal formula. In fact, using a formula that is about as simple as can be, I've witnessed people reacting just like you described. Actually, over a period of time, I've witnessed various people sort of work themselves up into a panic upon experimenting with the same simple formula. First there was myself. Like you, I stuck with it over a period of time. Unlike you, I noticed the effects soon got to a point where they did not seem to be as severe as the first time around. It was at this point that I got the idea that part of the effects that may have been the most severe was that part of the reaction made worse by what I had allowed to build up in my mind. Eventually I came to laugh at myself. Since I'm a bachelor, well, maybe you can imagine how i sorta have to fulfill the role of husband and wife at the same time :) In the beginning, I was the wigging out spouse, but within a few weeks I had become the other spouse laughing at the former. Eventually I got comfortable enough with this simple formula that I began branching out on two fronts: 1) I started offering this same formula to other people to try; 2) I started getting interested in more complex formulas made of more than just one simple herb.

Guess what? The #1 phase above allowed me to witness this wigging out phenom several times over. In particular, my one cousin had a major wig out reaction after having tried just the teeniest, tiniest drop of this formula; cayenne tincture.

Somehow, some way, this reaction you've experienced is trying to tell you something important, and it may not be what you suspect it is. This seems to ring true with how it is that we've been taught to think of "allergy" in the first place; they are not what we've been led to believe.

Hang in there. Good luck in the process. It might help to ease your mind that many people, Richard Schulze among them, is a firm believer that herbs and formulas made of herbs and other natural ingredients and taken in proper amounts, while they might cause people to experience reactions, even ones that some people perceive as severe, these will not ever truly harm a person.
