Use Lemon or Lime to prevent Nausea from Beet juice

Ø I > I didnt know to take apples and carrots after consuming beetroot juice & had severe nausea/headaches/shakes for a day or so afterward.

To prevent nausea from consuming beet juice, add fresh LIME or LEMON juice. It works like a charm (better than apples, though you can still add the juice of an apple for better flavor). In one of the e-groups I belong to, some of us were doing the MBP (mini beet protocol). Those of us who added LIME or LEMON juice agreed that it works much BETTER than apples to prevent nausea. If the lime or lemon is small, you may want to squeeze the juice of two of them, you can experiment on what tastes right and has the best effect. In my opinion, the MBP tastes better with lime or lemon (plus it adds vitamin C. bioflavonoids etc.)
