LOL, Feo! Now I feel silly for not making this connection. It just seems like it comes on very specifically with certain triggers or other symptoms and breathing exercises don't really help the overall feeling in that moment. But I suppose it could be as simple as that. I am still doing the coherent breathing , 4th day now. It really works for me better than Buteyko. Buteyko did work as well, but it was so technical. I like how natural and simple the coherent breathing is.
