I used to have that. Chronic stress leads to chronic hyperventilation. And chronic hyperventilation leads to more stress.
And paradoxically, hyperventilation leads cells starving for oxygen.
This is why people with asthma often have an asthma attack after having a good laugh. The laughing creates hyperventilation....then they are starving for oxygen.
