Please help me. Never posted here before.

Hello , I've never posted here before but always found this the most helpful place to read in regards to my problems.

Last year I took a course of Antibiotics , tetracycline , ever since taking these my body has been a mess. I suddenly out of the blue lost two stone within two months and it's stayed this way since then. I developed allergies to wheat , nuts , dairy and fish , I have deficiency's to B12 , B9 and today I discovered vitamin D also.
My biggest problem is a burning in my stomach and nausea at night time. I had an endoscopy which shown erosion of the esophagus and stomach lining as well as acid reflux.
I was given omeprazole 20mg daily which helps slightly but I don't like taking medication and I want to know what's going on in my body instead of masking symptoms. I also have a white lumpy coating on my tongue.

The burning and nausea subsides , almost disappears when I don't eat any carbs and sugar. It seems I can't digest them.

Today I also found out my liver enzymes are elevated. I've been given Colecalciferol tablets, I have to take 15 in one day and then one twice a week. Apparently these should help my liver and vitamin D.

I'm fairly certain looking at all my problems I have candida overgrowth but the diets are very hard for me since I'm underweight and there isn't much left to eat on the diet when I'm allergic to wheat , dairy , nuts and fish also.

I've got no idea what to do from here. I was just going to avoid all carbs and Sugar for a few weeks and then start some anti fungals then probiotics but now I'm scared of putting extra strain on my liver.

A few things are for sure :

Antibiotics caused my problems.
I have numerous symptoms of candida.
I have numerous food allergies .
I have various vitamin deficiencies.
My liver enzymes are elevated.
Avoiding carbs and Sugar massively reduces my stomach burning and nausea.


Does anyone have any experience or adivce they could share. I'm only 20 years old and I can't even have a life anymore. I'm really struggling to figure out what I can do from here and honestly my doctors seem to have no idea what's causing all of this. They completely disregard canddia.
