The first thing I noticed was the fact that I had more energy. The second thing I noticed was the fact that I could break my diet and didn't have such a serious reaction. My weight stabilized after I had lost so much with the anti-yeast diet. I simply began to look and feel better.
I didn't completely understand so much in the beginning of chelation, so I was doing it daily with no breaks. I felt pretty bad while doing it. Slower, with breaks, would have been the better way to go, I believe.
I wouldn't worry if your body doesn't follow the exact schedule other people's did. Your body will tell you when it's feeling better.
