Re: MH FDA trick?
You call it an FDA trick.
I had friend in our family that was in charge of one of the departments in the FDA that test new drugs and chemicals that the drug companies make.
He took a large drug company to court, to try to get a cancer causing product removed from the market.
The FDA sent him as the chemical expert along with one lawyer to represent the FDA.
When he got in the courtroom, he saw all the seats full along with some people standing, and more outside the courtroom.
The drug company had hired several law firms, and the law firms filled the court with lawyers representing the drug company, so there would be no room left for reporters or bystanders to witness the trial.
The lone FDA chemical expert and the lone FDA lawyer were no match for that many lawyers representing many lawfirms using all the legal loopholes of objections and striking of evidence that was good enough to ban the chemical in Germany.
The FDA can not fight the drug industries lawyers system of locking out a court.
I will write a true story for you later MH. About a chemical that caused many people to get cancer.
To prove I know what I am talking about, I will scan some of my personal documents to prove I was there and worked in the product, and other bad pharmaceutical products.
I will post the story on your forum if you want...but I want the documents to be only for you to see and verify. I would need you to promise to keep my anonimity.
Before I could work for this large drug company, I had to sign a paper in front of three witnesses who also signed it (so there will always be a live witness to the agreement as long as I live). Stating that I would never divulge any information about the company. (they call it, protecting trade secrets)
Maybe you don't believe it, but they can destroy a person financially and have them locked up for a long time, because that legal document I signed was a lifetime agreement.
P.S. You were correct about the big drug industries sending botanist all over the world to obscure places, to pick the brains of natural medicine men, and collect samples and specimens for research.
