Its the same thing. It is a FDA trick, they actually want you to put a dosage on the label, that way they can nail you anytime they choose, because a dosage in any form is considered medicine and the practice of making or selling medicine can only be done by a MD.

That is why I only make and sale home made products, nothing commercial and people see a disclaimer where they agree to self-experimenation, or they don't buy from us and on my lable you do read self-experimenation. We had large quanity of products at drclark.com and alphaomega.com when they got busted by the fda and FTC and my products were no problem to the fda, my products are just herbs, not medicines, no claims to cure anything.

I really should not even be here on the curezone giving any suggestions, because everyone that does, to the ftc is breaking their laws, unless you have a MD. The curezone has many disclaimers and everyone knows all chat forums are for entertainment purposes only.
