Ever since I have been taking D3 I just don't get sick. If I do I drink large amounts of home made EIS Silver. And gargle it also. I also nebulize it.

Some times the bug you have, has a strong resistance and you have to try something else.

To keep from getting sores on my nose from sneezing I rub some Iodine into the skin.

I just made a drink today that would be a perfect thing for you to boost your immune system. I used an Omega 8004 juicer.

Seven organic Dinosaur Kale leaves.

1/3 a bunch of organic Spinach.

1 Lemon/lime off the tree.

3 organic carrots

4 stocks of organic Cellery

1 Habenaro

4 inches of Ginger Root

2 small organic Apples

Forgot to put in the cucumber but it tastes great.
