I am feeling okay ... have some vomits today. I have to say today for some reason is a rough day. I hope to be in bed early.

For the most part ... I am okay. I am avoiding the computer and putting myself in as stress free mode as possible. I am so excited to heal, and I want to make sure I complete this fast.

I hope to start really posting my results after 15 days. It is the halfway mark.

The rash is starting to come. I was hoping to avoid it, but it is here. I think my body just likes to use the skin to detox. I was reading this means the lungs are really detoxing.

I will keep posting, and hope to read more this weekend.
