Re: Iodine upload test

I had a TSH test come back high... it was a fasting test and it was first thing in the morning.

It was 6.14 and then I had two subsequent non-fasting TSH test and both were in the 2.5-2.6 range.

I also had slightly high cholesterol...

but I altered my diet and already lost 10 pounds and have been taking krill oil and TMG.

Chol 233
Trig 264
HDL 38
LDL direct 152
Chol/HDL 6.13*Normal
Ldl Direct/HDL 4.00*Normal

The first MD who ordered the fasting blood test of 6.12 and the cholesterol diagnosed me as hpyoT and wanted to put me on Levothyroxine.. but I didn't feel comfortable and looked for another MD and that's when I had the two non-fasting TSH tests.. the T3 and T4 tests with the TSH2.55 and TSH 2.6 optimal T3 and normal T4 tests.

I think essentially the root of the problem are my adrenals. Have had lots of stress in the past 3 years and a few surgeries.

What do you think of this product?

Would a good dosage be 1 tablet 2 or 3 times a day for adrenal fatigue?

Also out of curiosity why is it that so many alternative healers sell these biotics supplements? i've seen them at 3 different practitioners offices.

Whats a good way to find a good practitioner I can trust in my town? Any tips?
