Iodine upload test

HV, what are your thoughts on the Iodine upload test where you take a iodoral tablet then collect urine for 24 hrs.

And knowing that chemical based Iodine is not great for you would that one tablet be harmful?

Also what do you think of the 24hr saliva adrenal test?
