Re:
easiest and cheapest detox is to drink lots of pure water. As regards iodine, I started day 1, took 500 mg KI, waited an hour and took another 500 mg, waited an hour and took another 500 mg, waited an hour and took another 500 mg.
I began sneezing uncontrollably. Every minute, I would sneeze for like, 2-3 hours. My consciousness became ultra-clear. I stopped the
Iodide for a week and drank lots of water. The kidney will clear it fairly quickly and given the high atomic weight of iodine, 500mg isn't that many moles.
You will definitely get metals and other halides to flee the body, depending on how much
Iodide is ingested. Trick is to control it and to also have plenty of glutathione peroxidase in your body. I had done my version of heavy metal tissue removal long prior to
Iodine ingestion so I didn't get whammied like some folks. I used cyanogenic glycosides and one other material for the metals but it depleted copper quite a bit. For a day or two I was in state of stupor, almost like being "high" until it hit me - my copper might be low. So I mixed a tiny amount of CuSO4 in with some raw scramled eggs and mixed it up real good and cooked them and ate them , and I was amazed that within about 2 hours, my "high" went away. People need to keep in mind that if they "chelate" for mercury or whatever, that these chelators also bind Cu, Zn, Mn, & other essential minerals and you can't typically just gobble them down - they take time to assimilate. I think it was really smart to put the copper in the eggs so the protein sulfide atoms would bind to it, especially when heated. People want quick results and do things too quickly on this detox stuff. They expect to remove a 30 or 50 years of accumulated toxins in a few weeks time, which isn't going to happen. I never used DMPS, or DMSA or ALA, I think Cutler is wrong on a few things, you don't want to keep mobilizing that stuff, you want something that bites it hard like a cyanide or a thiocyanate that comes from cassava, apple seeds, apricot pits, yucca, etc. or just plain thiocyanate. Cilantro, chlorella, hops. Let me give you a reward for reading this far - galegine is an amazing chelator of mercury.
