Today is day 2: I am not water fasting, but I had raw vegan meals today.. No Sugar and very very little salt. I even made my own homemade salt and Sugar free dressing. Now I am missing the sugar, my fave. desserts, bread and muffins..and pizza..lots of it. I need to stop myself. I cannot have just one slice of pizza. It's like telling a drug or alcoholic to have just one drink or small amount of drug..won't happen. But I know If I get through this day then I make it another day and so on. Just one day at a time. just 7 more hours for my day to be over :(..seems like eternity.
