Okay, I have decided to water fast. I really need to. I have tried every diet or supplements..FAILED. I have an overeating, food addiction problem and the best way to deal with it..I figure is to abstain from food completely...for how long I don't know. I will try my best to keep this up as long as possible.
I have fasted for 1/2 day for a few days..that's as far as I have gotten. I am a bit nervous to embark on this journey. I took a little walk outsite, did some meditation in the sun..felt better. I am missing eating my big big breakfast..and I am thinking about it..food, food, food. I hope I can do this..and I don't want others to know I'm fasting, otherwise criticism. My day just started just 2 hours ago. Any advice on how to cope?
