To get a lot of these nutrients naturally get Green Pastures butter oil that is taunted to have the best way to get k2 mk4, vitamin A with the 5 to 1 ratio to D.

But it is very very expensive. K2 mk4 caps are too unless you buy them and divide them into sections. Most people will have good results if they take 1 milligram of k2 mk4 at least 3 times a day with the teaspoon of coconut oil or olive oil.

K2 mk4 raised my libido another notch (teenage woodies) beyond the Iodine painting which I would have never thought was possible. Also K2 gave an incredible smoothness to my teeth, gums, skin and sinuses.

Adding at least 5000 IU's of D3 caused a profound weight loss and neither I, nor my wife, or daughter exercised. (even though we should)

I know that k2 mk4 has synergy with D3 and almost everything has synergy with iodine...
