T2T will likely have a better answer. Here is how I see it.

Paint the testicles when:
1) You have trouble reaching orgasm. Glans has lost some or most of its sensitivity.
2) You have problems with ejaculate. Poor flow or consistency. Mine had turned into sludge and hardly anything came out.

I had been at 50mg iodoral for the past month, so I would have though my Iodine levels would be A-OK. I was wrong.
