Adrenal and thyroid?

Hi everybody!
I'm new here, but feels like i know you a bit, since i've been reading for a while :)

I'm gonna jump right in, and i have some questions/thoughts

Have anyone here taken Iodine (lugol/iodoral) and felt it's actually healing your weak adrenals over time?

I'm a bit confused over this idea that thyroid function need adrenal function (of course it does), but i have a feeling it's the other way around too, just as much...what's your thoughts?

Well, as you can guess, i'm fatigued...
