Re: Can calcium be taken with hypoglycemia, if magnesium is taken too?
These are loaded questions that require further insight.
What type of hyperinsulemia/hypoglycemia do you think you have?

What tests have been done to assess your condition?
It sounds like you're probably not absorbing your nutrients very well or are undernourished. Have you checked to see if your immune system in reacting to any of the foods that you're consuming?
In your case, I'd take proteolytic enzymes with protein rich meals. Ensure you're getting high quality fats, especially organic pasture fed butter if you can tolerate fats. Fat intolerace signals gall bladder issues. Have you tried a whole-food multivitamin with plenty of vitamins, but minerals may be low dose. Alternatively, nutrient dense foods could help with your condition as long as your guts are absorbing the nutrients.

Have you also checked other markers in the blood for issues like hormonal imbalances, rather than isolate hormones? Hyperthyroidism causes IBS (fast moving guts) and weight loss. There are many potential issues like parasites,
food allergies /sensitivies, and disorders, but improving nutrition is a first line of offense as long as your body is not defending against something you're consuming.
Intuitively, what do you believe is going on inside of you?
