Lugols's Solution - Iodine-Induced Hyperthyroidism? Or Herxhimer?

Looking for advice.

I took Lugol's Solution mixed with one cup of water as follows:

Daily Iodine 30 mg (Total taken 2.1 days = 70 mg)
Daily Potassium Iodine 60 mg (Total taken 2.1 days = 135mg)
Discontinued after third day after morning dose

Male 44 years old, ectomorph, great health, good nutrition, always exercise.

I always have massive amounts of energy, since I started taking Lugol's Solution I lost my energy, lost a lot of weight in a very short time, have felt mentally cloudy and short tempered.

Is this Herxhimer Reaction?
Iodine-Induced Hyperthyroidism?

I got a complete blood work up today and interesting enough everything is in range, including T4, TSH, ALT, AST, and USG etc, etc.

Kindly

Veritas
