300 MG of selenium or ALA?

To be effective, a chelator needs to be taken every 3-4 hours, including at least once during the night.

For chelating with ALA, try following the advice at this website...

Keep in mind it will likely take months of systematic chelating to feel improvement (it took me six to feel obviously better).
