When the detox has trouble getting out your kidneys, it will come out your skin. Drink lots of water and definitely take salt, either daily or as an "emergency" push. This will help keep the bromine leaving via your kidneys.
I don't take niacin, either. I do take the ATP Cofactors, with has inositol hexaniacinate, the non-flushing version of niacin. Or, usually B complex has niacinamide. Go for one like a B-50 with 50 mg B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, and some B12 and folic acid.
And don't forget magnesium, very important, 400-800 mg, malate or citrate.
