iodoral journey some questions

As I stated I am new to the iodoral, I am only taking a 1/4 of a tab, and have itching on hands and back, stopped for a week end and it went away,started back up and itching is back, I will go threw it but wondering if I take half and just allowed myself to go threw more of a detox if that is a bad idea.

Salt flush i have not done yet but am going to try it,

I take 2000 mg of rose hip vita-c is there a better one to take,
I take 200 selenium
Is there a certain vitamin b I should take
I am afraid to take nician don't know why ,
my skin looks dryer than ever,
this is a very scary process as so many things feel different and it is not fun but want to push threw all the discomforts,,,,
