Re: Asymptomatic Gall Stones as a root cause.

Eliminating animal protein was the most drastic change and the most rewarding for my plan. I am seeing a liver specialist thursday. My ultrasound 2 years ago was clean, but I am learning that this does not rule out congestion in the gall bladder.

High protein is a really bad idea with liver issues to begin with.  This can increase ammonia load, which is highly toxic to the brain.

I did my third olive oil
Liver Flush and got several lima bean sized green black stones a few minutes ago. Some people say that these are condensed olive oil..this time I used the clear, cheaper olive oil and not the green stuff. The stones were more green and almost black.

It really does not matter the color of the oil.  There are other things in the intestines that can get trapped in the congealed oil altering the color.  Just like how different impurities in sapphires can create sapphires of many different colors even though they are all aluminum oxide.
