Asymptomatic Gall Stones as a root cause.

Since I got relief on such a low protein plan..focusing on easy to digest foods, I am thinking Gallstones could be the primary cause to my impaired digestion and then candida. I don't think I'm alone here because so many of us get the rashes and reactions to Sugar and are pushed into the high protein plan. Jaundice has been a problem throughout the ups and downs of my diet, but since going on a diet of entirely vegetables, low Sugar fruit, and potatoes, it disappeared..my white skin is back. A lot of people's symptoms of fatigue and brain fog are also liver failure symptoms..which could be related to stones. Blocked bile=impaired digestion. Maybe this is leading to roaring candida. I say this after reading people's posts...they have liver failure and gallbladder attack symptoms and ask "is this die off" esentially because they are violently ill and don't know why.

After 2 years of screwed up remedies, this is the explanation I have because I went from healthy to malabsorbing and losing control of everything. The only thing that set me apart from anyone before this was a high protein diet. Thinking back to the onset of my bad symptoms, my situation really went downhill when I had piercing pain. This had to be a gallbladder attack. I had the perfect diet to get one. I just thought it was candida poking around higher up than the intestines.. I worry that with the carb cutting that many people who might not even have gall stones could end up with them on top of their yeast control issue.

Eliminating animal protein was the most drastic change and the most rewarding for my plan. I am seeing a liver specialist thursday. My ultrasound 2 years ago was clean, but I am learning that this does not rule out congestion in the gall bladder.

I did my third olive oil Liver Flush and got several lima bean sized green black stones a few minutes ago. Some people say that these are condensed olive oil..this time I used the clear, cheaper olive oil and not the green stuff. The stones were more green and almost black.
