First, I want to thank you so much for all of your research and advice throughout the CZ forums. I have come to rely on your sound council and am deeply indebted to you for offering me (and many others who come to CZ) some direction in my search for improved health.
I have been studying and following your suggestions regarding AF and Candida and Immune Function. For AF I am currently taking Ashwagandha, Pantothenic Acid and Vitamin C. I feel better and wondered about something. I recently traveled via air and noticed that I did NOT have my usual 'roller coaster' nausea during a bumpy flight. I was surprised and immediatedly thought that the the things I am taking for AF might have this very welcome effect for eliminating the nausea. Could this be? I definitely feel so much more relaxed. I have been taking these supplements for about 6 weeks. Minimal Ashwagandha (1 to 2 tablets a day and Pantothenic Acid (1 tablet a day). I have been taking 10 grams of Vitamin C (to BTL) daily for over 7 months having started this regimen before any other supplements for my various symptoms. Since I've started the Ashwagandha and Pantothenic Acid in addition, I have experienced no 'panicky feelings', no startling at the slightest noise, just an overall feeling of 'calm'. Is this what I should be expecting? How else to determine the positive effects?
