The majority of cancers have been linked to viruses. 

Bacteria can also cause some cancers.

I have never seen any evidence that yeast can cause cancer.   The only fungus I have ever seen linked to human cancers is Aspergillus niger that produces aflatoxins linked to liver cancer.  The mold-cancer connection is controversial.

In this site they make reference to alkalinizing being beneficial for cancer treatments.  This is very misleading, but would take too much explaining for right now.
